How subdermal laser works?
Dual-wavelength diode laser: 980 nm and 1470 nm, absorption and scattering in fat and skin.

Concept of thermal volume
How much tissue you heat, why it matters, and how it drives safety and results.

Patient selection and treatment planning with live patients
Assessing real patients together: Fat, laxity or both, which layer, which wavelength and which thermal volume. From assessment to a complete treatment plan.

Hands-on case 1 : Treat together
A laxity-dominant patient, treated together with you. Assessment, marking and treatment plan, then subdermal tightening with 1470 nm: a small, precise thermal volume where there is little fat. You work hands-on, from first marking to aftercare.

Over coffee we look back at the first case: how the treatment went, the choices we made, and your questions about the approach.

Hands-on case 2 : Jawline contouring with dual wavelength
A patient with submental fullness ("double chin") caused by preplatysmal fat, treated together with you, step by step: Tumescent anaesthesia, laser-induced lipolysis, manual aspiration, and subdermal skin tightening, all with the dual-wavelength diode system (1470 nm and 980 nm). One session, two wavelengths in sequence: this is where a dual-wavelength system shows its strength.

Format & structure
One hands-on day in a working clinic, in small groups. The morning covers the principles: wavelengths, absorption, thermal volume and patient selection. The afternoon is practical: Two live cases, followed by supervised hands-on time with the dual-wavelength system. We close with an open discussion on what it takes to set up the complete treatment in your own practice. €500 excl. VAT, fully deducted if you decide to invest in the technology.
