Amsterdam Hands-On Masterclass — Advanced Autologous Aesthetic Medicine
A two-day, hands-on masterclass in PRP, facial lipofilling and macro-, micro- and nanofat — from patient selection and treatment planning to tumescent preparation, harvesting, fat processing, layer-specific placement and complication prevention. A clinically serious, application-based programme for experienced aesthetic clinicians — not a beginner injectable training.
About this training
This two-day masterclass covers the complete procedural logic of PRP, facial lipofilling, macrofat, microfat and nanofat — from patient selection and treatment planning to tumescent preparation, harvesting mechanics, fat processing, anatomical placement and complication prevention. It is designed for advanced clinicians — a clinically serious, application-based programme, not a beginner injectable training.
Who it's for
- Medical aesthetic clinicians with existing clinical experience in injectables
- Clinicians familiar with botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and facial anatomy
- Professionals interested in structured autologous facial rejuvenation rather than trend-driven adoption
- Candidates committed to ethical, evidence-informed and anatomically responsible treatment planning
What you'll learn
- Understand the clinical role of PRP, macrofat, microfat and nanofat
- Select suitable patients for autologous aesthetic procedures
- Understand tumescent solution preparation and safety principles
- Recognise how harvesting mechanics influence fat quality
- Compare filter-, nanocube-, bag- and syringe-based processing
- Match fat type to anatomical indication and layer
- Apply pyramidal injection-planning principles
- Recognise and prevent common complications
- Introduce autologous procedures into practice responsibly
The programme
Format & structure
Focused scientific teaching, live procedural demonstration where applicable, small-group rotations, technical hands-on stations, fat-processing exercises, facial marking, pyramidal injection planning and complication-based clinical reasoning. Recommended capacity 12 clinicians (up to 15 with strong logistics); two trainers and three small groups for the hands-on stations. This is accurate training language: live demonstration, small-group rotations and hands-on stations — not a promise that every participant performs every step of a live procedure.
Mentorship & support
One online mentorship session approximately 4–6 weeks after the course: implementation questions, anonymised case review, safe patient selection, documentation and expectation management, and refining decisions around PRP, nanofat, microfat and macrofat. The mentorship is educational and does not replace your own clinical judgement, legal obligations, insurance responsibilities or patient-specific medical decision-making.
✓ Small-group rotations & hands-on stations
✓ One post-course online mentorship session
✓ Certificate of completion

EuroThetic is founder-led and clinician-taught — you learn directly from physicians who treat patients every week.
Few aesthetic practitioners combine an MD, doctoral research, postgraduate education in skin ageing and aesthetic medicine, and daily clinical practice in advanced minimally invasive facial aesthetics. Dr. Ghotra focuses on evidence-informed training, facial analysis, autologous and regenerative treatments, minimally invasive facial procedures and holistic treatment planning.
Drs. Bansi is one of the most experienced practitioners in energy-based and regenerative aesthetic medicine, with extensive hands-on expertise in subdermal skin tightening, laser lipolysis and a wide range of multidiode laser systems. He is equally experienced in autologous therapies, with detailed working knowledge of the filtration systems and fat-processing techniques these treatments rely on. In EuroThetic training he focuses on hands-on procedural teaching, safe execution, anatomical understanding and practical aesthetic decision-making.
