Clinician eligibility & screening
Last updated 19 June 2026 · Version 1.2
EuroThetic trainings are advanced and hands-on, and they assume an existing medical foundation. For that reason they're intended only for registered clinicians — which protects you, your future patients, and the integrity of the profession.
Who may attend
Physicians (medical doctors), medical specialists, physician assistants, and registered nurses who are qualified and legally entitled to practise in their own country, and who are not suspended, banned or otherwise restricted from practising.
What you declare when you register
By registering for a EuroThetic training, you confirm that:
- you are a registered clinician — a physician, medical specialist, physician assistant or registered nurse — qualified and legally entitled to practise in your own country;
- your professional registration is current, and you are not suspended, struck off or otherwise restricted from practising;
- the details you give us (your name, contact and address) are accurate and complete;
- you understand our trainings are educational, and that you remain responsible for your own clinical practice;
- you agree that we may ask you to submit evidence of your credentials after payment, and may decline or cancel your participation — with an appropriate refund — if your eligibility can't be confirmed.
You confirm this is true when you register, and you'll let us know if it stops being true before your training.
How we verify
Registration is open and immediate — we rely on your declaration in good faith. Where we have reason to, particularly in case of doubt, we may ask for evidence of your professional registration after payment and carry out reasonable checks. We delete that evidence as soon as your eligibility is confirmed.
Our right to decline
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration where eligibility can't be satisfactorily confirmed. Where we do so and you've acted in good faith, the fees you've paid are refunded.
